Can the setting on the lighted items be changed to stay on continuously without automatically shutting off?

The programming is set and cannot be changed on any of these types of products, with the exception of the Dancing Fountain, which will continue to run in Music Response Mode as long as music is being played through an active (powered “On” and using fresh batteries) Dancing Fountain transmitter.
