Submission Rules, Terms & Conditions:
- All photos will be judged on creativity and originality. The judges will consist of a panel of GAME staff members familiar with photography and creative services. All decisions made by the judges are final.
- Up to three (3) entries will be accepted per mailing address.
- All photos received become the property of GAME and may be used in promotional material. Accepting the prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, biographical information, city and state of residence, statements, voice and/or photographs for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win. To request a contest duck, please send a self addressed stamped 5” x 7” envelope to Junior Derby Duck Contest c/o Great American Merchandise & Events, 16444 North 91st Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
- Contest valid only in the 48 contiguous United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Must be 18 or older to win.
- Good news! We have extended the contest deadline to July 31, 2013 so Junior Derby Duck can visit even more fun places! Winner will be announced in August, 2013 and contacted via phone and/or email. GAME reserves the right to extend the contest deadline and change the Winner announcement date as necessary.
- Winner will receive: four (4) roundtrip airline tickets, a five (5) day/four (4) night stay at the Point Hilton Resort, Phoenix (or similar), and one (1) week car rental. The specific details for airline, hotel and rental car agency to be determined by GAME. Winners will be responsible for all additional costs or expenses not specifically mentioned above. Approximate retail value of the prize is up to $3000. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
